WOD Tracker is a training log for CrossFit, Olympic lifting and hybrid athletes, developed by Manuel Lorenzo. This page explains how to get help.
Email manulorenzop+wodtracker@gmail.com for anything at all — bugs, billing, feature requests, or data questions.
It is a one-person project, so replies usually take a day or two. Telling me your device, your OS version, and the app version from Profile makes a bug far quicker to fix.
In the app, open Profile and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the App Store or Google Play account that bought them, so make sure the device is signed in to that account. If it still does not appear, email me with the date of purchase and I will look it up.
New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. You are charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The exact date is shown on the subscriptions page described below. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing, and you keep access until the trial ends.
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by the app. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
On your device. The app works fully offline, and your training data is only uploaded if you turn on cloud backup yourself (it is then stored under your Google or Apple sign-in), or if you allow the AI coach to send your questions to Google. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Turn on cloud backup on the old device and run a backup, then sign in with the same account on the new device and restore. Without a backup the data stays on the old device, because the app does not hold a copy of it.
The watch app is a companion to the phone app, not a standalone one. Open WOD Tracker on the phone once while the watch is paired and connected, and the exercise list and your weight unit will cross over. Sets you log on the watch while the phone is out of range are queued and delivered when it comes back.
Heart rate needs permission to read from the watch's sensor, and it only appears during an active workout. It is shown while you train. The app never stores it, sends it to your phone, or uploads it. On Apple Watch, Apple Health keeps the heart rate of a saved workout, as it does for any workout app.
watchOS allows one active workout at a time. If another app — including Apple's own Workout app — is already tracking one, end it there first. The app now tells you when this is what has happened.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. If you used cloud backup, open Profile > Cloud & Backup > Delete Account & Data. That deletes your backups and your account, including your email address. If you can no longer open the app, email me and I will delete them for you.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by me. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android use the Play Store order history. If the store declines and you think it was unfair, email me.
